Eligibility
Our Mission
To provide the right framework for the concierge profession in Malta to receive the correct training, networking opportunities, and exclusive experiences that enhance our members’ skills and knowledge.
Open to professional concierges and guest experience personnel working in hotels, resorts, or luxury service providers in Malta for at least two years with a good knowledge of Malta experiences and a strong background in hospitality.
Key Experiences
Restaurant Visits
We have arranged exclusive access to Malta’s top attractions, such as private tours of historical sites, visits to local wineries, artisan workshops, or cultural events.
We are also organising networking events with tourism boards, hoteliers, local businesses and other organisations related to hospitality. It is fundamental for all professional concierges to keep updated with what is happening on the local scene. We make sure our concierges are in-the-know.
Partnering with top restaurants in Malta, we offer members behind-the-scenes tours, tastings, and meetings with chefs. This one-to-one connection helps concierges recommend dining options with firsthand knowledge. This is also the perfect opportunity to make the right connections with reservations staff to establish stronger rapport to facilitate a better service for hotel guests.

Use of Online Platforms such as Facebook group, LinkedIn community, and WhatsApp group for members to connect, ask questions, and share recommendations.
Mentorship Program: We invite our experienced concierges to mentor newcomers to foster knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Building your Career
This organisation is a platform where members can find job openings or career advancement opportunities in Malta’s hospitality industry.
Guest Speakers and industry leaders, such as hotel general managers or renowned concierges will be invited to share their insights and inspire members.
